颅内转移瘤及胶质母细胞瘤术后骨瓣复位的作用(附43例报告)

The effect of the bone flap reserved of patients with metastatic tumor or glioblastoma during operation

对 67例颅内转移瘤及胶质母细胞瘤患者进行手术治疗。其中 43例行肿瘤全切除 +骨瓣复位术者 ,2例出现伤口少量积液 ;2 4例行肿瘤全切除 +去骨瓣减压术者 ,9例有伤口积液或脑组织膨出。认为对颅内转移瘤及胶质母细胞瘤肿瘤施行全切除 +术中骨瓣复位手术优于肿瘤切除

patients with metastatic tumor or glioblastoma were undergone surgery during 1995～1998, Among of them 43 cases undergone tumor totally resected with the reduction of the bone flap and 24 cases undergone tumor totally with the bone flap removed.The result showed that 2 of 43 cases in tumor totally resected with the reduction of the bone flap had local effusion in wound and 9 cases had local effusion or encephalocele in tumor totally with bone flap removed.These suggested that the method of tumor totally resected with the reduction of the bone flap in patients with metastatic tumor and glioblastoma is superior to that of tumor totally resected with the bone flap removed.
