“气至病所”针法治疗臀上皮神经损伤的疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of contusion of superior clunial nerve treated with acupuncture of Qi extending affected parts method

目的 :观察气至病所针法的临床治疗效果。方法 :将 12 0例臀上皮神经损伤病例随机分成“气至病所”针法组与常规针法组进行对照观察。结果 :气至病所组治愈率优于常规组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :“气至病所”针法是一种治疗臀上皮神经损伤的有效方法。

Purpose:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qi extending affected parts for treatment of contusion of superior clunial nerve.Methods:120 cases of contusion of superior clunial nerve were divided into Qi extending affected parts group and routine acupuncture group.Results:The cured rate in the Qi extending affected parts group was better than that of routine acupuncture group ( P <0.01).Conclusion:Qi extending affected parts is an effective method for theatment of contusion of superior clunial nerve.
