摘要
对具有不同的粉末粒度分布、熔点和颗粒形貌的火焰喷焊自熔合金粉末的沉积率进行了测试分析。结果表明,粒度组成呈正态分布且峰值在-61+74μm之间的粉末沉积率最高,随着粉末熔点的降低和固液相区间的扩大,沉积率明显提高,不规则状粉末比球形粉末沉积率高,粉末流动性在18~21s/50g之间的粉末更适合喷焊。
Deposition Rates of self\|fluxing alloy powders with different particle distributions, melting points and morphologies of particles were tested. The results indicated that particle distribution was submitted to Gaussian distribution and the deposition rate was the greatest while the peak value was between -61 and +74. The deposition rate increased remarkably with the decrease of melting point and the increase of solid\|liquid phase area. The deposition rate of abnormal powder was higher than spherical powder, and the powder that fluidity was between 18\|21s/50 g was more suitable for spray welding.
