摘要  采用活性污泥静态搅拌试验,通过LC-MS分析了17β-雌二醇(E2)在不同污泥量、不同初始浓度等条件下的去除情况,考察了其生物降解性能。结果表明,在不同工况下污水厂的活性污泥对E2有很好的降解性,其动力学特性呈一级反应,20℃下反应速率常数为3.29/h。细菌失活试验表明活性污泥对E2的吸附作用很小。 By means of the batch stirring test of activated sludge and the analysis with LC-MS , the removal of 17β- estradiol (E2) under the conditions of different sludge quantity and initial concentration, its biodegradation characteristics were investigated. The result demonstrated that E2 is easy to be biodegraded by the activated sludge from a wastewater treatment plant under different operational condition. Its biodegradation kinetics is in the form of first-order reaction, and reaction rate constant is 3.29 h-1 at 20 ℃。
