摘要
采用0.8μm微滤(MF)与50nm超滤(UF)无机陶瓷膜组合工艺对造纸废水进行了处理,在温度为15℃、压力为0.1MPa的操作条件下,0.8μm膜对COD的去除率为30%~45%,50nm膜对COD的去除率为55%~70%。最后对膜污染的成因及清洗方法进行了分析。
Inorganic ceramic membrane filtration process with 0.8 μm MF and 50 nm UF was used for treatment of paper-making wastewater. Under the operational condition of temperature 15 ℃ and pressure 0.1 MPa, COD removal rate with 0.8 μm MF was 30%~45%, and COD removal rate with 50 nm UF was 55%~70%. Finally, study was made on the membrane fouling formation and cleaning method.
