摘要
以尿素生产过程的未反应气为碳化气,采用连续鼓泡碳化法联产超细碳酸钙,使传统的氮肥工业与新兴的纳米产业实现联合生产,这对提高尿素转化率、简化尿素生产流程、降低能耗,同时联产高附加值的超细碳酸钙,具有广阔的应用前景。
Unreacted gas from the urea production process is used as a carbonizing gas to co produce superfine calcium carbonate by continuous bubbling carbonation.Thus,production of traditional nitrogen fertilizer can be combined with modern nanometer technology.It has a broad prospect in improvement of urea conversion,simplification of production process reduction of capacity consumption and co production of high additional value superfine calcium carbonate.
