摘要
集水区土地开发与利用的潜力是水面 >坡地 >耕地 ,当非耕地 (包括坡地、水面 )单位面积的投入水平达到或超过耕地时 ,其投产效率和单位面积产值成倍或数倍增加 ;红壤丘陵集水区的土地开发与利用 ,将由耕地集约型向土地半集约型 (耕地集约 +非耕地部分集约 ) ,继之向土地全面集约型 (耕地集约 +非耕地集约 )方向发展 ;发展进程的快慢 ,主要取决于集水区开发利用时所选择的新型主导产业 (或项目 )的生产要素容量大小。
Land exploiting potential, evolution tendency and developing mechanism of red soil were systematically discovered through 10 years' long-term fixed position observation and research in hillside catchments area. The output efficiency and the productivity of per unit were multiplied one or more times when the input level of per unit of non-cropland was equal or over that of cropland. The land exploiting and developing direction should be from pattern of cropland intensive to land half-intensive, then to pattern of all land intensive. The speed of development process was restricted by factors of the capacity of producing essential factors of newly dominant industry (or project) adopted, the difference of interest and the effect of progress in science and technology and or so.
