摘要
利用玻片计数法测定了 1 5× 10 4 V、3× 10 4 V、5× 10 4 V 3种电压下的静电喷粉效果 ,并与常规喷粉效果作了比较。结果表明 ,5× 10 4 V、3× 10 4 V和 1 5× 10 4 V高压下的粉粒在靶标上的沉积密度分别是常规喷粉的 3 77、3 2 4和 1 72倍。实际应用中 ,应用 3万伏高压即可达到理想的喷粉效果。
The effects of electrostatic dusting with different voltages was determined using microscope slides counting method,and was compared with the effect of normal dusting. The results showed that,the deposit density of the electrostatic dusting with 5 0×10 4V, 3 0×10 4V and 1 5×10 4V voltages were respectively 3 77,3 24 and 1 72 times that in the normal dusting. In practice the ideal effect of the electrostatic dusting could be achieved by using 3×10 4V voltage electrostatic duster.
