1992～2001年珠海市医院传染病漏报调查结果分析

The Report Leakage of Leagal Infectious Diseases in Hospitals of Zhuhai City during 1992 to 2001

目的 了解珠海市近十年医院法定传染病疫情报告管理的状况 ,为今后进一步提高和规范疫情报告管理水平提供依据。 方法 对全市近十年各级医院法定传染病疫情报告管理和漏报调查结果进行统计分析。 结果 1 992～2 0 0 1年珠海市漏报率为 2 1 .57% ,在常见的甲乙类传染病中 ,漏报率较高的依次是伤寒 (33.33% )、淋病 (2 7.52 % )、病毒性肝炎 (2 1 .32 % )和痢疾 (2 0 .34% ) ;各级医院之间漏报率有显著差异 ,县区级、镇级医院漏报较为严重 ;报告卡总及时率为 83.52 % ;总完整率为 58.2 5%。 结论 统一。

Objective To determine the situation of the report leakage of leagal infectious diseases in hospitals in recent ten years. Methods Descriptive statistics to the report of leagal infectious diseases in different grade hospitals in 1992 to 2001 was carried out. Result The leakage rate of infectious diseases in hospital was 21.57%. The report leakage of typhoid fever、gonorrhea、viral hepatitis and bacillary dysentery was severe. Conclusion An integrated report registering is one of the important means to ensure a qualified report of infectious diseases.
