nm23-H1基因对口腔癌细胞化疗敏感性影响的体外实验

摘要 目的 通过 nm2 3- H1的转化及导入人舌粘膜鳞癌细胞 (Tca8113细胞株 ) ,观察 nm2 3- H1对 Tca8113细胞株化疗敏感性的影响。 方法 完成细胞培养和基因转染后 ,MTT法观察 nm2 3- H1对 Tca8113细胞株化疗敏感性影响。 结果 转染前 Tca8113细胞株对阿霉素 (ADM)、5 -氟脲嘧啶 (5 - FU)、氨甲喋呤 (MTX)的化疗敏感性无显著差异。但转染后的 Tca8113细胞株对顺铂 (DDP)明显增敏。 结论  nm2 3- H1可能通过特异性地影响细胞内的能量交换过程来达到对 Objective To transfect nm23\|H1 into the Tca8113 cell lines and try to find out whether nm23\|H1 could affect the chemo\|sensitivity of Tca8113 cell lines. Methods Use liposome to transfect nm23\|H1 into Tca8113 cell lines and observe the change of chemo\|sensitivity by MTT. Results The chemo\|sensitivity of transfected Tca8113 cell line to cis\|platinum(DDP) was increased significantly. Conclusion nm23\|H1 can increased chemo\|sensitivity of DDP significantly.
