济南国际机场常见蚊种叮刺周环的观察与分析

Observation on the Biting Cycles of Some Common Culicids at Jinan International Airport

目的 对济南国际机场常见蚊种的叮刺周环进行观察与分析。方法 人帐诱捕法、网捕法及灯诱法。结果 共采集成蚊 5属 8种 ,计 2 0 18只。淡色库蚊、三带喙库蚊是当地的绝对优势蚊种 ,分别占所采集蚊虫总数的88.5 0 %和 9.61%。捕获的蚊虫数量均有两个高峰 ,一般是在日落后 1～ 2h达到第 1个高峰 ,在日出前 1～ 2h又形成第 2个高峰 ,前峰高于后峰 ,6～ 7月份昏峰值明显 ,10月份晨峰值更为显著。结论 淡色库蚊和三带喙库蚊的活动曲线与生境中整个蚊虫的活动曲线相一致 ,但两蚊种之间又有区别。影响蚊虫昼夜叮刺周环的环境因素中 ,温度和光照度是主要因素 ,相对湿度和风速次之 ,降雨量的影响最弱。

Objective The survey of the biting cycles of some common culicids at Jinan International Airport.Methods Using bed-curtain,insect net and light trap to collect mosquitoes.Results About 2 018 adult mosquitoes were collected in this survey,which belonged to 8 species,5 genus. Culex pipiens pallens and Culex tritaeniorhynchus were dominant mosquitoes. The active period of the mosquitoes had two peaks in day and night.The first peak period was 1-2 hours after sunset and the second peak period was 1-2 hours before sunrise. The former was more than the latter.Conclusion The atmospheric temperature and the sunshine time were the two primary factors influenced the biting cycles of some common culicids.
