摘要
目的 用浓度分别为 0 .10 %、0 .15 %、0 .2 0 %的C型肉毒毒素对大同市草地害鼠进行杀灭试验 ,以确定草地灭鼠应用的最佳浓度。方法 试验采取随机区组排列设计 ,试验区设 4个小区 ,其中一个小区为对照组 ,另 3个小区采用不同浓度的C型肉毒毒素进行处理。结果 C型肉毒毒素有很高的安全性 ,不伤害鼠类天敌 ;利用 0 .10 %、0 .15 %、0 .2 0 %三个浓度的C型肉毒毒素均能有效地杀灭害鼠 ,各浓度间灭鼠效果差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 利用C型肉毒毒素进行草地灭鼠可行 ,从经济效益及生物多样性考虑 ,其最佳浓度为 0 .15 %。
Objective To acquire the optimum concentration of Type-C botulin used in killing wild rodent on the grassland in Datong city.Methods A killing rodent test was performed with 0.10%?0.15% and 0.20% Type-C botulin respectively.Results The results showed that Type-C botulin had high safety without killing natural enemies of rodent.The several concentrations of Type-C botulin could kill rodent efficiently.There was no obvious difference among them in killing rodent ( P >0.05).Conclusion In view of the economic effciency and biodiversity,we consider that Type-C botulin could be used to control rodent effectively in Datong city and the optimum killing concentration should be 0.15%.
