提高我公司^#4窑熟料产质量的改进措施

Improvement measurements for enhancing clinker strength and increasing output of #4 kiln

江西万年青水泥股份有限公司2000 t/d熟料新型干法生产线在投产初期,存在原燃料成分波动大、原料水分高、配料不合理、分解炉和煤粉燃烧器存在不足以及中控操作不当等问题。通过加强原材料管理、选择合理的配料方案、优化操作参数,以及对部分设备进行改进,上述问题基本消除,窑系统操作稳定,熟料产量大幅度提高,质量明显改善。

At the begining of 2 000 t/d clinker production line of Jiangxi Wangnianqing Cement Co.,Ltd. being put into production, there are many problems as component of raw mealand fuel fluctuating greatly; water content of raw meal is high; proportion is unreasonable; there is faultiness in calciner and coal burner and operation in CCR is inappropriate et al.. Above problems settled almost by strengthening management of raw material, choosing reasonable proportion scheme, optimizing operation parameters and restructing some equipments. In this way, running of the kiln system becomes stable, output of clinker increased a lot and its quality improved.
