摘要
煤粉燃烧器的技术性能和操作控制性能会直接影响烧成系统的一系列技经指标。作者介绍了四通道旋流式煤粉燃烧器的结构、燃烧机理及其在1000t/d生产线上的应用情况。实践表明:该燃烧器具有对煤种适应性强,操作调节灵活方便等诸多特点。
Technology performance and operation controlling function of coal burner will affect a serial of technical and economic indexes of the burning system directly. Author introduced the structure characters and burning mechanism of four-channel spinning burner as well as its application in 1 000 t/d clinker production line.The running condition shows that this kind of Four-channel burner has wide range of adaptability to coal and the characteristic of being apt to operation.
