本文根据近500年来发生的重大水旱灾害年份的有关资料,分析研究了重大水旱灾害导致粮食变动的情况,与水旱灾害程度、救济方法、交通运输及抗灾能力等有密切关系。

This paper analyses and researches grain's prices floated by severe floods and droughts, and its relation with flood and drought level , succor means , transportation and communication, and ability against nature disaster, according to the relevant information for severe floods and droughts occurred in recent 500 years.
