摘要
文章用产权理论研究教师人力资本,分析教师人力资本产权特性,认为教师的人力资本产权具有个人占有的天然性、使用的增值性、价值度量的不确定性、价值实现的自发性、产权残缺时的自贬性、收益的外部性和长期性。
As a special social group, teachers play an important role in the process of history's development. The essay is a study of the teacher human capital with property rights theory, in which the features of the property rights of teacher human capital is analyzed.According to the essay, the property rights of teacher human capital is characterized by inherent personal possession; value adding in utilization; uncertainty of value measurement; spontaneity of value realization; self-devaluation when having 'incomplete property rights' and externalities and long-term in interest.
