加入"WTO"后,我国将孕育出"现代不动产"行业,社会对房地产专业人才的需求,也发生了重大变化。我国房地产专业教育现状,已不能适应新形势下的社会需要。文章分析如何以"现代不动产"理念规范和发展我国的房地产类专业教育,对办好我国房地产专业教育提出了前瞻性的看法。

After China's access into WTO, 'modern real estate' is rising as a new business in the country, and there will be a new demand for professionals of real estate in the society. In order to meet the needs of society, the essay gives some suggestions on how to regulate and develop China's education of real estate specialty based on the concept of 'modern real estate'.
