摘要 在日常的交谈中 ,语言的表达及其真实用意之间常常有一定的距离 ,学生往往无法透过话语的字面意思去理解其真正的含义。如何解决这一矛盾是英语听力教学与测试的难点。本文通过介绍话语分析和语用学中的会话含意理论 ,分析该理论在英语听力理解教学中的应用 ,以期提高师生的英语教学的水平。 Many students have difficulty understanding implications of English conversations as there tends to be a gap between what is said and what is implied. How to overcome this problem is an important aspect in the teaching and testing of English listening. Through a discussion of the theories regarding discourse analysis and conversational implications, this paper demonstrates the application of the theories to the teaching of English listening for the purpose of improving both teaching and learning.
