摘要 国际食品法典委员会(Codex AlimentarillsCommission,简称CAC)是各国政府间协调食品标准、准则的国际组织,成立于1961年,现有成员国166个,覆盖全球98%的人口。CAC成立当初就确立其宗旨为“保证消费者的健康安全,促进国际间公平贸易的发展”。法典标准的科学性。
