开放教育应以观念的转变为先导,以学习的开放性和教学的现代化为主题,变“教学”为“导学”,引导学生充分利用多种媒体教学资源自主学。逐步建立了“以学生为中心”的教学与管理体系。

Huanggang TVU leads students to make good use of mass - media teaching resources to learn by themselves in the course of changing from 'teaching' to 'tutoring'.
