摘要
利用正交试验设计对乙酰水杨酸合成实验的反应条件进行优化 .结果表明 ,用 2g水杨酸和 4.2ml乙酸酐 ( 1∶3 ,mol/mol)反应 ,固定催化剂浓硫酸的量 0 .1ml,在 75℃下恒温反应 12min是该合成反应的实验室最佳工艺条件 .用该条件合成乙酰水杨酸 。
An orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the synthetic conditions of acetylsalicylic acid in laboratory. The results suggest that the optimum preparation conditions of acetylsalicylic acid depend on the amount of the catalyst concentrated sulphuric acid, the time of the reaction, the temperature of the reaction, and the charge ratio of the reactors. Catalyzed by 0.1ml concentrated sulphuric acid, 2g salicylic acid reacted with 4.2 ml acetic anhydride (1:3, mol/mol) in constant temperature 75℃ for 12 minutes, would obtained ideal yield .
