摘要
针对纺织染色这类具有典型非线性时滞的对象,利用肉模控制原理,设计了适用于染色过程的温度控制器。仿真结果表明,与传统控制方法相比,使用该控制器更容易获得良好的动态响应,同时兼顾系统的控制精度和鲁棒性,在线参数整定简单易行,达到了预期控制要求。
The temperature controller is designed against the nonlinear delay object about textile dyeing by using the internal model control theory. Through the simulation, it shows the internal model controller may obtain better dynamic response, precision and robust contrasted with the traditional control method. What' s more, its parameters are easy to set and adjust. Using this method can obtain the expectation effect.
