摘要
针对轴承磨床控制系统实时性的要求,设计了基于微控制器AT89C51的轴承磨床加工自动控制系统。该系统软件设计采用模块化设计方法,包括自动操作模块、手动操作模块、串行通信模块等。该系统采用中断方式而不是查询方式对输入的开关量信号进行响应,能有效增强磨床控制的稳定性和实时性,提高生产效率,且采用模块化设计,功能易于扩充,检修方便,通用性强。
Aiming at the real-time request of the control system of bearing grinder machining, the automatic control system of bearing grinder machining is designed based on microcomputer AT89C51 .The design of software applies the way of modularization and consists of auto-operated module, manual module and serial communication module, etc. The system responds well to switch signal with interrupt mode instead of require mode by which the system can strengthen the stability and real-time of the control system so as to improve efficiency of production. Applied the way of modularization to design software, the system can be repaired easily and added to other functions in common use.
