摘要
根据热电制冷器的制冷工作特性,分析了附加传热温差、焊缝电阻、杂散热交换、元件性能下降等因素对热电制冷器的制冷工作特性的影响,提出了减小电绝缘导热层的厚度,检查元件的电阻值,保证夹具夹紧力、平面度和平行度,优化焊接工艺和减少钎料用量等提高热电制冷器制冷性能的工艺措施。
According to the performance data of thermoelectric refrigerator, adjunctive heat transfer temperature difference and welding resistance and stray heat exchange and element ability step-down effect on the performance data of thermoelectric refrigerator is analyzed. Decreasing layer thickness of dielectric and heat conduction , checking resistance of elements, ensuring clamping force and degree of plance and parallelism, optimizing technics of weld,dereasing solder,etc,the improvement is realized.
