摘要
在自制的In_2O_3里,掺入适当配比的PtO_2,GeO_2,ZnO,V_2O_5等金属氧化物构成气敏材料,用Pt丝作加热丝,采用热线型工艺,850℃烧结1h可得In_2O_3基气敏元件。该元件对可燃性气体CH_4,LPG,H_2等有很高的灵敏度,适用于家用可燃性气体报警器。
Mixing metal oxide material like PtO2 , GeO2 , ZnO, V2O5 etc . with self-made In2O3, the Pt wire as heating material,and adopting hot wire technics,the In2O3 gas sensing material can be obtained after 1 h sintering at 850 ℃ . This sensing element then achieves high sensitivity to combustible CH4, LPG, H2 gas concentration, and thus can be applied to home alarming system against combustible gas.
