摘要
目的 :比较樟脑和对二氯苯的实验室防蛀效果 ;方法 :在实验室条件下 ,测定樟脑和对二氯苯对黑皮蠹死亡率、织物失重保护率和受损分级情况 ;结果 :在投药剂量为 40g/m3时 ,樟脑制品对黑皮蠹的死亡率明显低于对二氯苯制品 (Mann WhitneyU =2 6,P <0 0 1) ,织物失重保护率均为 10 0 % ,受损情况为Ⅰ级。在樟脑投药剂量为 160g/m3时 ,14d黑皮蠹死亡率为 13 3 % ;结论 :考虑毒性和药效因素 ,建议消费者目前优先选用樟脑制品。
Objective:To Compare the mothproof effect of camphor and p-dichlorobenezene against Attagenus unicolor. Methods:In Laboratory,mortality of moth, weight-losing of fabric and destroying level were tested .Results:At the dose of 40 g/m 3,the moth killing effect of camphor was much lower than that of p-dichlorobenezene(Mann-Whitney U=26, P<0.01). Their protecting rate in weight-losing of fabric was 100%,and the destroying situation was grade Ⅰ.When the camphor adding dose was 160 g/m 3, mortality of moth was only 13.3%. Conclusion:Considering toxicity and mothproof effect, we suggested consumers should first choose camphor. The unified test method of mothproof effect should be established.
