多种非拔牙方法联合矫治重度牙列拥挤

Orthodontic treatment of severe dentition crowding by the combination of several non-extraction methods

目的 探讨多种非拔牙方法联合矫治重度牙列拥挤的可能性。方法 选择面型较好的安氏Ⅰ类或Ⅱ类错(牙合),牙列拥挤大于8mm的病例8例,进行方丝弓非拔牙矫治,非拔牙矫治的方法包括扩大牙弓、推磨牙向远中、唇向开展前牙、邻面去釉和旋转上颌第一磨牙。术前术后均拍摄X线头影测量片并进行分析。结果 通过2种或3种方法组合,成功地矫治8例重度拥挤病例,拥挤完全解除,术前术后X线头影测量显示无明显差异。结论 用多种非拔牙方法的组合能成功地矫治重度牙列拥挤。

Objective To clinically investigate the possibility of several non-extraction methods' combination for severe dentition crowding. Method Eight patients of class Ⅰ or Class Ⅱ malocclusions with harmony profile and dentition crowding above 8mm were selected. The patients were treated by non-extraction edgewise techniques including expansion of dental arch, distalization of molars, labial movement of anterior teeth, interproximal enamel stripping and rotation of maxillary first molars. Cephalometric radiographes were measured and analysed before and after treatment. Result Eight patients have been treated successfully by the combination of two or three methods. Crowding was completely resolved. There is no signifieant difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment cephalometric radiographies. Conclusion The study indicated that the combination of several non-extraction methods can treat successfully severe dentition crowding cases.
