沙土鼠脑缺血30分钟后重灌流缓解缺血性脑水肿的研究

摘要 为进一步探讨急性脑缺血后重灌流的作用和作用机制,测定了沙土鼠急性脑缺血30min、60min 和120min 以及缺血30min 后重灌流不同时间大脑皮层比重的改变,观察了相应时间大脑皮层、下丘脑、垂体、桥延等四个脑区和血浆β—内啡肽含量的变化。结果表明:脑缺血30min 重灌流90min 后大脑皮层水肿情况较重灌流前(缺血30min 组)加重,但和脑缺血120min 组相比皮层水肿明显减轻(P<0.01)。重灌流30min 组皮层水肿情况和脑缺血60min 组相比也有减轻的趋势。值得注意的是缺血后重灌流30min 或90min大脑皮层水肿减轻的同时,皮层β—内啡肽含量和脑缺血60min 或120min 组相比均有显著降低。而单纯脑缺血组大脑皮层和血浆β—内啡肽含量,随缺血时间的延长呈进行性升高。提示:沙土鼠急性脑缺血30min 后重灌流能够减轻或缓解缺血性大脑皮层水肿。重灌流减轻神经组织损伤的作用可能与脑内β—内啡肽含量的降低有关。 The specific gravity(sp,gr.)of cortex in gerbils following acutecerebral ischimia and reperfusion was measured and changes of beta—endorphinconcentration in brain regions were observed by radioimmunoassay(RIA).Theresults were that the sp.gr.of cerebral cortex in reperfusion groups increasedremarkably as compared with that of control groups.And the concentraion of β-endorphin in brain regions including the Cortex,Hypothalamus,pituitary andPons—medulla decreased significantly in reperfusion groups as compared withthat of brain ischemia grouqs(control groups).It is suggested that the ischemicbrain edema in gerbils with acute cerebral ischemia may be alleviated after repefusion.Tile alleviation of brain edema may be related to the decrease of β—endor-phin concentration.
