性病患者乙肝病毒巨细胞病毒单纯疱疹病毒感染的研究

A STUDY OF HEPATITIS B VIRUS,HUMAN CYTOMEGALOVIRUS AND HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS INFECTION IN PATIENTS WITH VENEREAL DISEASE

为了解性病患者HBV、HCMV 和HSV 感染情况,我们对青岛市224名性病患者血清及宫颈分泌物进行HBV、HCMV 抗体检测和HSV 抗原检测。结果HBV 三项指标:HBsAg 阳性率10.5%,HBsAb阳性率11.2%,抗HBc 阳性率20.9%,HBV 感染率为43.5%;HCMV 活动性感染率为34.9%;HSV 感染率为32.10%。研究结果显示:HBV、HCMV 和HSV 在性病患者感染率较高,不仅是高危易感者,也是这些病毒的重要传染源,性接触传播是重要的传播途径。

Specific antibodies or antigens of hepatitis B virus(HBV),hamancytomegalovirus(HCMV),and harpes simplex virus(HBV)in 224 patients withvenereal disease in Qingdao city were detected.The results showed that the positie rates of HBsAg,HBsAb,and Anti—HBc were 10.5%,11.2% and 20.9%,the HBVinfection rate and HCMV active infection rate were 43.5% and 34.9%,while theHSV infection rate was 32.1%.The infection rate of HBV,HSV,HCMV activeinfection in patients with venereal disease was comparatively high.The patien-ts with venereal disease were not only susceptible to these viruses,but alsoimportant source of infection.
