摘要
微波辐射应用于ABC 方法,可显著缩短孵育时间,且背景清晰。通常抗体在1分钟内即可呈现明显阳性结果,高效价抗体15秒就可出现明显的阳性结果。全部染色过程约1.5小时即可完成。
Microwave irradiation might accelerate and enhance ABC staining.This was confirmed in the staining of twelve antigens.The irradiation time wasapproximately 1 minute,Some of the antigens required only 15 seconds.Thecomplete staining procedure took 1.5 hours.The results of our experiment wetidentical With those obtained by traditional staining.
