摘要
选择Wistar 大鼠20只,静式吸入染毒,剂量为80m g/L,每天4小时,每周6天,共9周。采用丹麦产Neuromatic 2000C 型诱发电位仪测试染毒大鼠坐骨神经不同纤维传导速度。结果表明,不同刺激条件和记录条件,可以从坐骨神经干引导出潜伏时不同的5个波。按出现的先后顺序,分别命名为1、2、3、4、5各波。染毒9周时,与对照组相比较坐骨神经不同纤维传导速度均减慢,以1、2、3各波减慢最为显著,分别减慢27.5%、22.0%、26.8%。说明粗大的有髓神经纤维对丁二烯毒性较敏感,受损害较严重,无髓神经纤维也受损害。
2O(male and female)wistar rats were randomly separated into twogroups(10 rats each group),which were exposed to air containing 80mg/L1.3—butadiene in the closed system,4 hours per day,6 days per week,for 9 week.The conduction veloeity of different fibres in the sciatic nerve of rats exposedwere examined with Neuromatic 2000C(made in Denmark)The results of this stu-dy showed that under the different stimulating and recording conditions,five we-yes wre evoked in the sciatic nerve,and they were named in the order of appear-ance 1,2,3,4,5—wave.The conduction velocity of all evoked waves in di-fferent fibres of the sciatic nerve of rats exposed to 1.3-butadiene for 9 weekwas redued,and the conduction velocity reduction percentages of the 1,2,3-waves were 27.5%,22.0% and26.8% respectively.This indicated that the thick my-elinated nerves were sensisive to the toxicity ofl.3-butadiene.
