β——内啡肽对沙土鼠缺血大脑皮层钠钾水含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 沙土鼠急性脑缺血30min 和60min,大脑皮层Na^+、K^+相H_O 含量分别和对照组相比均显著升高。侧脑室微量注射β—EP 使缺血性脑水肿加重,而DynA 具有缓解脑水肿的作用。但两者对缺血大脑皮层内Na^+、K^+含量无明显影响。纳洛酮减轻缺血性皮层水肿的同时,使大脑皮层Na^+含量显著降低。提示β—EP 的上述作用和皮层内Na^+、K^+代谢无明显相关,纳洛酮降低皮层组织H_2O、Na^+潴留,可能是它缓解缺血性脑水肿的原因之一。 This report is intended to study the effect of β-endorphin on con-tent of sodium(Na^+),potassium(K^+)and watcr(H_2O)in acute ischemic cortex ofMongolian gerbils,It was found that the content of Na^+, K^+ and H_2O in cortexwas increased obviously in acute cerebral ischemic 30min and 60min groups.Thecontent of water in ischcmic cortex was raised remarkably by injecting β—endor-phin into ventriculus lateralis,while the content of Na^+ and K^+ was not chan-ged in β—endorphin group.On the contrary,the content of water,Na^+ and K^+ wasin ischemic cortex all decreascd obviously by injecting naloxone intoventriculus lateralis.It is suggested that the role of β—endorphin in acute is-chemia was not obviously correiated with metabolism of Na^+ and K^+ in cortex.And the fact that naloxone dccreased accumulation of Na^+ and weter may be oneof the reasons why naloxone ameliorated the ischemic brain edema.
