90例尖锐湿疣患者巨细胞病毒单纯疱疹病毒感染的研究

STUDY OF HUMAN CYTOMEGALOVIRUS AND HERPES SIMPLES VIRUS IN 90 PATIENTS WITH CONDYLOMA ACUMINATA

本研究讨50例尖锐湿疣患者检测巨细胞病毒抗体,40例尖锐湿疣患者检测单纯疱疹病毒抗原。结果巨细胞病毒活动性感染率为60%,单纯疱疹病毒感染率为35%。巨细胞病毒活动性感染率与尖锐湿疣病程有关。乳头瘤病毒与巨细胞病毒和单纯疱疹病毒三者相互作用诱导宫颈癌的问题有待深入探讨。

Human papillomavirus,an importan(?) sexually transmitted virusand an important etiologic agent of the genital warts,which is associated withcervical carcinom.The special antibodies of human Cytomegalovirus(HCMV)andspecial HSV antigeu were detected.The resuIts showed that the positive rate ofHCMV active infection and HSV infection rate were 60%and35% The HCMV ac-tive infection rate was related with the course of the genital warts.The coope-ration among HPV,HCMV and HSV in inducing the cervical carcinoma is to befurther studied.
