摘要
信息化是20世纪的产物。多年来,学者们对信息化的涵义进行了一些不同程度的探讨。信息化是一个相对概念,它所对应的是社会整体及各个领域的信息获取、处理、传递、存储、利用的能力和水平。这一定义表明,信息化是一个发展中的概念。信息化的本质及其特征决定了信息化的多样性。归纳起来,信息化具有知识含量高、业务综合性、行业合作性、市场竞争性、广泛渗透性、数字化、网络化、智能化与虚拟化等几个方面的特征。
Informationization was born in twentieth centuries.Scholars have probed into the meaning of informationization at different level in many years.Informationization was defined as ability and standard of acquisition,handle,transmission,holding and utilization of information of whole society and each domain.Therefore,informationization is a thought in the development.The essence and characteristics of informationization decided the diversified nature of informationization.To sum up ,informationization was characterized as high knowledge ,operation comprehensiveness,trade cooperative,market competitiveness,extensively permeability,digitization,networkization,intelligentization and inventedization,etc.
