摘要
从加工误差来看,影响齿向方向接触精度的主要因素是齿向误差,影响齿距累积误差的主要因素是齿轮的几何偏心,就齿轮坯基准面误差对齿向误差及齿距累积误差所产生的影响进行分析,并找出齿轮坯基准面跳动值的一种确定方法,并对加工齿轮改进方法进行探讨.
From the point of view of manufacturing errors, distortion error is the key factor which influences interface precision in the direction of distortion,and geometrical eccentricity is the key factor which influences accumulative pitch error. In this paper,we analyzed the effects of the total error of distortion error and accumulative pitch error which are engendered by base face error of gear rough. We presented a method which could make sure of the fluctuation value of base face of gear rough.Besides,we discussed the way to improving gear manufacturing.
