摘要
采用荧光分光光度法进行了果蔬中维生素C的形态分析研究.结果表明:在HPO3 HAc介质中,抗坏血酸(AA)能被2,6 二氯酚靛酚(DCP)氧化为脱氢抗坏血酸(DAA),DAA与邻苯二胺(OPDA)反应生成荧光性物质,在一定条件下,方法的线性范围为0~100μg/15mL,精密度(RSD)为1%,回收率为97%~105%.
Formation analysis of vitamin C with the fluorescence spectrophotometry method was studied.In HPO3HAc solution,ascorbic acid(AA) can be oxidized by 2,6Dichloriondophenol(DCP) into dehydroascorbic acid (DAA),the DAA reacts with ophenylenediamine(OPDA),the resultant is epipolic.The linear range of ascorbic acid is 0~100 μg/15 mL,the relative standard deviation(RSD) is 1%,and the recovery rate is 97%~105%.
