摘要
船舶主机隔振通常使用橡胶隔振器 ,而钢丝绳隔振器用于主机隔振 ,目前国外尚无报道。现研究用钢丝绳隔振器解决 1 6PA6STC柴油机主机的隔振问题。柴油机重量大 ,安装尺寸有限 ,目前单个钢丝绳隔振器的承载能力有限 ,因此提出了钢丝绳隔振单元的概念 ,即是将三个已成熟的 HGGS-1 2 0 0型钢丝绳隔振器组合成一个隔振单元 ,整机用 1 0个单元 ,避免了研制承载能力更大的新型钢丝绳隔振器的风险。用功率流方法对隔振装置的性能进行了理论评估 ,并进行了试验研究。结果表明 :在测试阻抗的有效频率范围内 ,功率流传递率估算与实测的振级落差总的趋势一致 ,说明功率流估算对设计有指导意义 ;另外 ,基础的弹性对隔振单元隔振效率的消弱作用非常显著 ,应尽量加大基础刚度。
The rubber isolators are usually used to isolate the vibration of the main engines, and so far it has not been reported yet abroad that the wire rope isolators are used. In this paper, it is investigated that the wire rope isolators are utilized to isolate the vibration of 16PA6STC diesel engines. Because of the limitation of the weight of the diesel engine and the installation size, and load bearing capacity of the single wire rope isolator, the concept of the wire rope isolation unit is proposed, that is, three HGGS 1200 type wire rope isolators are combined to form a vibration isolation unit, therefore the difficulty is avoided in developing new wire rope isolators which have more load bearing capacity. Ten units are enough to support the complete diesel engine. The power flow analysis method is applied to evaluate theoretically the performance of the vibration isolation equipment, and the experiment is also carried out. The results show that the transmitted power flow estimation accords with the measured vibration level difference in effective frequency range of measured impedance, so the power flow estimation may be used to guide the design of the isolation system. Moreover, the resilience of the foundation has great influence on the effectiveness of the isolation unit, thus it is necessary to enhance the rigidity of the foundation. A conclusion can be made that the wire rope isolators are suitable to isolate the vibration of marine main propulsion engines.
