摘要
对板材的滚弯成形工艺进行了分析 ,建立了力学计算模型 ,并在此基础上运用弹塑性理论进行了力学计算 ,求解出了板材滚弯时的挠曲线方程。在力学分析的基础上 ,从自动控制的角度出发 ,提出了三辊弯板机在滚弯时上辊的下降值和板材的成形曲率半径之间的关系 ,在不同的辊弯机上对不同的板材进行了多次实验 ,实验结果表明了理论计算的正确性。
In this paper, the technology of plate roll forming is analysed and a model of the mechanics calculation is established. It uses the elastic plastic theory to carry out mechanics calculation and derives the bending curve equation. On the basis of the mechanics analyses the relation between the upper roll feeding (d) and the forming curvature radius (R) is pointed out. At the same time, different plates are tested many times on different roll benders, it is shown that the relation is d=aR b(b<0).
