正题名的选取要适合语言环境——兼与郑兰同志商榷

对付有并列题名的图书 ,正题名的选取不应机械地套用ISBD的有关规则 ,而应考虑到图书的编写意图 ,主要用途及读者对象等因素 ,在遵循一定的原则的基础上 ,将中文图书与外文图书区分开来 。
