臭牡丹的镇痛作用的研究

A Study of the Anagesic Effect of Clerodendron Bungei Steud

目的 :研究臭牡丹的镇痛作用。方法 :采用热板法、醋酸扭体法、电刺激致痛法观察药物的镇痛作用。结果 :臭牡丹提取液明显抑制冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应 ;显著提高热板法和电刺激致痛小鼠的痛阈 ;纳洛酮可拮抗吗啡的镇痛作用 ,但不能拮抗臭牡丹根提取液的镇痛作用。结论 :臭牡丹有镇痛作用 ,此作用与其激动中枢阿片受体无关。

objective:The elementary study on analgesic effect of clerodendron bungei steud.Method:the analgesic were observed through the methods that caused analgesic effect in mice by hot board or by acetic acid inducing mice writhing,and the analgesic effects of clerodendron bungei steud with nalotone were observed by hot board.Result:the solution of clerodendron bungei steud inhibited the activities on mice writhing induced by acetic acid and distinctly increased mice pain threshold by hot board,and clerodendron bungei steud with nalotone distinctly inhibited mice pain caused by hot board.Conclusion:clerodendron bungei steud possess the analgesic effects independently of opiate receptor.
