颅底骨折合并原发脑干损伤的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of the Basicranial Fracture Combined the Primary Brain Stem Injury

目的 :探讨颅底骨折合并原发脑干损伤的诊断和治疗。方法 :对 2 3例颅底骨折合并原发脑干损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析 ,讨论其病因、诊断及治疗方法。结果 :2 3例患者中存活15例 ,死亡 8例。结论 :颅底骨折合并原发脑干损伤的诊断必须及时准确。主要依靠临床表现及MRI影像学检查 ,尽早。

Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of the basicranial fracture combined the primary brain stem injury.Methods:The clinical date of 23 patients with the basicranial fracture combined the primary brainstem injury was anulysed retrospectly,and the cause,diagnosis and treatment of the disease were studied.Result: Among 23 patients,15 cases surived and 8 cases died.Conclusion:The diagnosis of the basicranial fracture combined the primary brain stem injury must be prompt and accurate.It depends on the dinical symptoms and the image analysis of MRI The key of the treatment should be early,Prompt and comprehensive.
