本文以图书馆如何合理地开发网络信息资源为论点,从信息资源开发的实质含义和理论导向入手,探讨了网络信息资源获取、组织的基本方式,阐述了创建设计图书馆基于网络的各种数据资源库的基本思路。

The main idea of this treatise is how to develop net information resoure reasonably for the library.From the aspect of the net information resources' substantial content and theoretical direction,the obtaining and the organization mode about the net information resource are discussed, and the foundamental concept is narrated about the library eatablishment of databases based on the net.
