摘要  通过正交试验及其单因素实验深入地研究了丙烯酸固相接枝聚丙烯反应的规律,考查了影响固相接枝反应的动力学因素和非动力学因素,并研究了以苯乙烯为共单体的固相接枝反应规律。 The rule of the reaction of AA grafting on PP in solid phase by the orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments were studied in detail. The highest graft yield in orthogonal experiments was obtained under the optimal conditions. The effects of the kinetics factors and nonkinetics factors on grafting yield were investigated. With the increase in the reaction temperature ,the concentration of initiator, monomer and interfacial agent, the graft yield increased at first and then decreased. Finially, the reaction of solid phase grafting comonomers on PP was studied. It was found that the graft yield of acrylic acid increased with the increase of the amount of styrene.
