肝硬化并发军团菌感染的对照观察

Comparison of Legionella Infection in Cirrhosis

目的 :通过对军团菌感染情况的调查分析 ,引起临床医师对肝硬化患者合并军团菌感染的高度重视。方法 :对 79例肝硬化患者、3 2例其他肝病患者、68例对照组患者进行了军团菌感染情况的调查研究 ( ELISA法检测 Ig M抗体 )。结果 :三组合并军团菌感染率分别为 43 .0 4%、2 1.87%及 14 .71% ,三组感染率差异显著 ( P<0 .0 1) ,肝硬化组与其他肝病组比较差异显著 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,肝硬化组同对照组比较差异显著 ( P<0 .0 1) ,其他肝病组与对照组比较无显著差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。三组感染菌型基本一致 ,以嗜肺军团菌 ( L P)为主。结论 :肝硬化患者是军团菌感染的高危人群 ,应将军团菌 Ig

Objective:Providing a scientific testimorny for cli nical diagnosis and therapy of concurrent legionella infection in the patients of cirrhosis,to pay attention to the legionella infection and reduce complications and mortality.Methods:79 cirrhosis patients,32 other hepatosis patients and 68 control patients were investigated with ELISA.Results:The rate of the three group(43.04 %?21.87 % and 14.71 %)were diagnosed positive(P<0.01).The rate of legionella infection showed a statistical difference between cirrhosis group and the reference group(P<0.01).It′s same to cirrhosis group and other hepatosis group(P<0.05).The infective serogroups were the same in the three groups,the highest was Lp.Conclusions:The patients with cirrhosis were a higher-risk-population for legionella infection.An examination of the IgM antibody for legionella should be acted as the routine diagnostic method in cirrhosis patients.
