选矿废水中悬浮物对铜、硫精矿脱水的影响 被引量:2

摘要 分别用清水和循环水对铜精矿和硫精矿进行脱水试验,考查不同水质及悬浮物含量对它们沉降、过滤性能的影响,确定循环水中悬浮物含量限度.同时进行絮凝沉降试验,筛选絮凝剂和最佳使用条件.结果表明:当循环水pH约为8,絮凝剂WHL1用量为10mg/L,相对分子量为1000万时,其对循环水有优良的絮凝作用. The dewatering tests are carried out on copper and sulfur concentrate,in order to assess the effect of in the sedimentation and filtration by using fresh water, recirculating water respectively and to assess the limit of SS content in the recirculating water. Meanwhile the flocculation sedimentation test is also carried out to assess an optimum dosage rate of flocculant and the optimal operation condition. The result of test is shown there will be a good flocculation by use of WHL1 flocculant, as pH of the recirculating water is about 8, the consumption is 10 mg·L-1, M=10×106.
