摘要
纤维缠绕/铺放联合制造系统是纤维增强塑料(FRP)制品生产的先进制造装备之一,它适于加工外形复杂的FRP构件.纤维铺放头机构是该装备中的关键机构.分析了该机构的加料装置、施压装置、剪切装置、保护膜系统、加热装置等,提出一个设计方案.
The manufacture system of FW and FP is the one of advanced equipment for FRP products.It adapts to manufacture the complicated profile FRP structure.The fiber placement head is the pivotal framework.The adding instrument,compaction instrument,cutting instrument,film system,heating instrument of the fiber placement head have been analysed.A project has been given in the paper.
