摘要
新质源光温敏核不育系B0 6S系我室从CP2 3 1×奉新红米杂交F3 群体中发现 1株不育突变体选育而来。该不育系属早籼类型 ,3月下旬、4月下旬、5月下旬和 6月中旬播种 ,其播始天数分别为 78~ 80d、68~70d、65~ 67d和 5 5~ 5 7d。株叶形态好 ,主茎叶片数 1 2片 ,每穗颖花数 96;米质优 ;开花习性好 ,柱头外露率高达 82 .5 %。育性转换明显 ,且育性转换以温度诱导为主 ,光长也有一定的影响 ,属温光型 ,即高温长光不育 ,低温短光可育 ;育性转换临界温度为 2 3 .5℃左右 ,在南昌不育期长达 80d ;可育期结实率高。该不育系的育性受一对隐性基因控制 ,并具一定的广亲和性 ;配合力强 ,可配制出长江中下游早稻中熟优质杂交稻新组合。
B06S is a new resource sterile line by systematic selecting, which comes from a sterile mutations of crossing F 2 generation of CP231×Hongxin red rice. It belongs to early indica sterile type. In Nanchang, the days from sowing to heading range from 78 to 80 days when sown in the last ten days of March, from 68 to 70 days in the last ten days of April, from 65 to 67 days in the last ten days of May, from 55 to 57 days in the second ten days of June. B06S have such characteristics as 12 leaves of main clum, 96 grains of each panicle, better plant and leaves type, high quality of rice. B06S has such characters as good flowering habits with 82.5% stigma exertion rate. The fertility alternation period of B06S is very obvious. The fertility alternation of B06S is mainly controlled by temperature and the light length has less influence. So, fertility alternation of B06S should be classified as Thermo/Photo-sensitive type. It means that B06S is sterile in the condition of high temperature and long light length, is fertile in the condition of low temperature and short light length. The critical temperature of fertility alternation of B06S is about 23.5℃.The sterility period of B06S lasts 80 days. There exists better restoration during the fertile time. B06S is controlled by one pair of major recessive nuclear gene. It has the characteristic of wide compatibility and good combining ability, therefore it can be used to breed new combinations of hybrid early rice of middle growth period and high quality in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtse river.
