摘要
综述了国内外番木瓜生物技术及其应用的研究进展 ,内容涉及番木瓜愈伤组织、体细胞胚、芽、根的诱导等组织培养技术以及在快繁育苗、人工种子制作、抗病毒转基因、木瓜蛋白酶生产等方面的应用。
The advances in research on biotechnology of Carica papaya are reviewed in this paper. The techniques of tissue culture including the induction of callus, somatic embryos, buds and roots are introduced, and the application of these techniques to micropropagation, manufacture of artificial seeds, virus-resistant transgenics and production of papain is also presented.
