摘要
了解血尔宝补铁蛋白咀嚼片对SD大鼠胚胎的影响,将SD大鼠雌雄1:1交配,发现阴栓作为妊娠“零”天,检出的“孕鼠”随机分到阴性组、阳性组、高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组,并称重和编号。于妊娠第7~16d灌胃;受孕的0、7、12、16、20d称体重,并计算给受试物的量。孕鼠于妊娠20d处死,剖腹取子宫称重、取胎记录并检查胚胎、着床数、吸收胎、死胎和活胎数。活胎鼠记录胎仔体重、体长、尾长并检查胎鼠外观有无异常。半数活胎固定于鲍音氏液中固定两周后徒手切片作内脏检查,另半数活胎以茜素红作骨骼染色,并逐步检查骨骼。结果表示,20d孕鼠体重增长阳性组与阴性组、剂量组相比有显著差异(P<0.05);16d、20d孕鼠体重增长高剂量组与低剂量组相比有显著差异(P<0.05);各组相比着床总数无显著差异;活胎的仔数、吸收胎数、死胎数、平均仔重、体重、及尾长,阳性组与阴性组、剂量组相比有显著差异(P<0.05);阴性组、剂量组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);胚胎外形畸形率敌枯双阳性组为58.96%,与其它各组相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。阴性组和剂量组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。表明血尔宝补铁蛋白咀嚼片对SD大鼠胚胎无致畸、毒性作用。
Objective: To comprehend the effect of Xueerbao complement protein chewing tablet on the embryo of the SD rats. Method: Male rats and female rats were selected, and copulated in the way of one to one. When the Vaginal plug was found, it was regarded as the 'zero' day for the gestation. The gestating rats were picked out and randomly divided into five groups: negative group, positive group, high dosage group, medium dosage group and low dosage group, then weighed them and tagged them. Stomach of the SD rats was irrigated on the seventh to the sixteenth day during the gestation period. The gestating rats were weighed on the zero day?the seventh day?the 12th day? the 16th day ?the 20th day and the dosage of giving them was calculated. The gestating rats were killed on the 20th of the gestation. The rats' abdomen was opened, and the wombs were picked and weighed, The markers of embryology were registered. Half of the living embryos were fixated and soaked into Bouins liquid, after 2 weeks, the bowel was sectioned barehanded and checked. The other half ones were stained by Alizarin red and the bones were checked step by step. Result: For the weight increasing of the 20th day's gestating rats, there was significant diversity comparing the positive group with the negative and dosage groups. (P<0.05); For the weight increasing of the 16th day and the 20th day's gestating rats, there was significant diversity comparing the high dosage group with the low dosage group (P<0.05), There wasn't significant diversity comparing with all the groups for the implantation number. For the numbers of the living embryo, absorb embryo and the dead embryo, average weight,weight and tail length ,there was significant diversity comparing the positive group with the negative group and the dosage groups (P<0.05);there wasn't significant diversity comparing the negative group with the dosage groups(P>0.05);The rate of deformity of the embryo's appearance in Di Gu Shuang positive group was 58.96%,there was significant diversity comparing with the other groups(P<0.01). There wasn't significant diversity between the negative group and the dosage groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Xue Er Bao complement Protein chewing tablets don't lead to deformity of the SD rats' Embryo .
