6种植物生长调节剂对草甘膦生物活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 空心莲子草经草甘膦分别与6种植物生长调节剂混合处理后测定对植株的抑制作用。草甘膦(300mg·L-1)药液中加入乙烯利、丁酰肼、赤霉素后,对植株地上部分鲜重抑制率提高了9.6%~22.8%个百分点,根茎抑制率提高了3.7%~11.4%。芸苔素内酯、萘乙酸和多效唑不同程度地降低了草甘膦的生物活性。空心莲子草幼苗经乙烯利(100mg·L-1)、赤霉素(500mg·L-1)处理后30d,基芽数分别增加了2.2和3.2个,是对照增加数的1.5和2.1倍。结果表明,乙烯利、丁酰肼、赤霉素提高了草甘膦对空心莲子草的控制效果,促进了草甘膦向根茎的传导。 Alligator weeds(Alternanthera philoxeroides)were treated with glyphosate combination with six plant growth regulators PGR,respectively. When glyphosate(300 mg·L-1) was mixed with ethephon?daminozide and gibberellic acid, the inhibitions to alligator weeds were increased by 9.6%~22.8%,the inhibitions to the rhizomes were increased by 3.7%~11.4%.There were some antagonisms when glyphosate was mixed with brassinolide?α naphthaleneacetic acid and paclobutrazol. 30 days after treating with ethephon(100 mg·L-1)and gibberellic acid(500 mg·L-1), the numbers of basal buds increased were 1.5 and 2.1 times of that in control. The results indicated that ethephon?daminozide and gibberellic acid were synergistic to glyphosate, the mechanism of synergism might be that the accumulation of glyphosate in the rhizome was increased.
